We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand how it feels to be looking forward to receiving something in the mail, only to be disappointed when it turns out not what you had expected!
So we have made the returns/exchanges process as easy and fair as possible. It shouldn't be any more of a hassle than buying from the shops.
Change of Minds
If you have changed your mind or made a mistake with your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- You contact us within 30 days from the date you have received the item; and
- The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the item is in its original packaging, never been open).
Please note there will be a $3 restocking and admin fee for each item being processed. You will be required the pay for the return postage and the shipping cost for the original item is non-refundable.
You received the wrong item or a faulty item
We're so sorry we've made a mistake! We will cover the postage cost for re-sending the new item(s).
